Our passion for supporting women's maternal mental health stems from 1 in 4 women suffering a miscarriage at some point in their lives and of these, 1 in 6 will go on to develop mental health issues.
Our goal is to remove the stigma and taboo surrounding miscarriage, baby loss and traumatic birth.
We provide a safe place enabling women to speak openly and frankly about their experiences and offer support and healing, to help mums, dads and birthing partners move forward positively.
As a Perinatal Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing Therapist, my aim is to support families all over the UK and beyond, who are living with miscarriage, baby loss and birth trauma via private consultations and therapy sessions.
I feel passionate that holistic therapies can support the whole family's mental health - mummy and daddy. I'm constantly learning and updating my skills and am training to specifically support mums experiencing early pregnancy loss, pregnancy after loss and birth trauma-related perinatal mental health issues.
I've been in your shoes myself, so completely 'get it' and now know how to help others.
I’m so passionate about creating a community and providing more mums and dads with specialist support after experiencing such life-changing events, that I launched the M-word Blog; A blog created by a mummy for mummies.
